Kids Striking Class – Taught by Brandon Adamson

 

Our Kids Striking program is led by Coach Brandon Adamson, a world-class martial artist with over 80 professional fights to his name. Brandon is not only an accomplished competitor but also a black belt under Pat Miletich in the Miletich Fighting System. His passion for teaching shines through in every class, making training both fun and educational for young students.

 

This program is designed to do more than just teach kids how to strike. It helps build confidence, discipline, and respect while giving them the tools to succeed both on and off the mats.

• Bully Prevention: Learning self-defense gives kids the confidence to stand tall, avoid being targeted, and handle tough situations responsibly.

• Protecting Themselves: Striking skills empower children to defend themselves if they are ever put in unsafe circumstances.

• Protecting Others: Martial arts instills respect and responsibility, teaching kids how to use their skills wisely and step up if someone else needs help.
